Denise Bean-Raymond brings over 35 years of experience with horses to her equine wellness practice and riding lesson program, Exclusive Equestrian Services LLC. In addition to riding with and training with some of the top professional hunter/jumper riders on the East Coast, she has also competed successfully across the East Coast and brings that experience, as well as time spent in barn management, riding instruction, training and alternative therapy, with her as a wellness professional. She is an author, clinician, hunt seat riding instructor and practitioner certified in equine sports massage therapy as well as equine acupressure therapy. She has also completed equine nutritional coursework under the instruction of Dr. Eleanor Kellon & Dr. Kathleen Cavanaugh, and is available for nutritional consultation.

Education/Credentials:

  • Certified nationally with the American Riding Instructor’s Association
  • Licensed Massachusetts Hunt Seat Riding Instructor
  • Certified in Equine Massage and Equine Acupressure Therapy through the Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure and Massage (Colorado)
  • Certified in Equine Massage through Equissage (Virginia)
  • Certified in Equine Massage and Acupressure through the Animal Acupressure Massage Training Center (California)
  • Completed Equine Nutrition Coursework under the instruction of Dr. Eleanor Kellon of Equine Nutritional Solutions (Pennsylvania)
  • Completed Equine Nutrition Studies at the University of Guelph in Ontario under Dr. Kathleen Cavanaugh (Canada)
